Meet Crystal
Crystal Craven is a wife, mother, CEO, & real estate professional. She is also the upcoming author of I Can Relate, where she transparently journeys through some of the hardships she has endured, overcame, and conquered in effort to find true liberty and freedom in Christ.
Crystal is a resident of Kinder, Louisiana where she attends and serves as a leader at Christ Praise & Worship Center. Her uncompromising love for people and community development has led her to each of her professional roles. She is the owner and CEO of CRAVE Hair & Beauty Supply, which currently serves as the only beauty supply retailer in Allen parish. As the CEO of Crave, she focuses on creating radiance and virtuous excellence to every one of her customers and clients. Crystal has also served as “Your Favored Realtor” in the real estate profession for the last 7 years where she educates and assists home buyers, sellers, investors, and businesses as they maneuver through real estate transactions. She also works with the daily operations of Craftsmen Enterprises alongside her husband, Eric. In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, close friends, tackling DIY projects, reading, and traveling.
Crystal has overcome a plethora of personal hinderances and obstacles in her life, including being a foster child, teen mother, domestic abuse survivor, and a period of homelessness. Those hardships led to her assertion that one of the highlights of her life is being an advisor, listener, voice of reason, perspective giver, and safe place for the ladies and girls that she now mentors as a Personal Development Consultant. “I believe that with a renewed mind, we as children of the promise can overcome anything,” is one thing she says inspires her to keep moving forward in the face of adversity. Crystal is passionate about her personal relationship with God and His being the center of all her endeavors; Crystal says she has never relied on self because then that would make her inadequate. One scripture she says she holds dear to her life is Psalms 46:5, where it states, “God is within her, she will not fall,” and she acknowledges that as one of her daily spiritual affirmations.
Crystal is a member of the Babes & Boots Women Empowerment Organization and has been featured by SwagHer in the December 2021 edition of "The Higher South Bulletin" as well as Shermeca Jones’s May edition of “Women in Business”. In the first year of her real estate career, Crystal was presented with the “Eagle Spirit Award” recognizing her ambition, duty, fortitude, and willpower.
By all accounts, Crystal Craven is not supposed to be in this successful stage in her life. She has not had it easy by any means; however, that fire is what keeps her striving to become the best version of herself and build a legacy that will not only sustain her current life, but impact the lives of generations to come.
